Description

If the needs of your campaign requires sending multiple WhatsApp messages via Journey Builder in immediate sequence, Contacts may receive these WhatsApp messages out of the order configured in flow of the Journey triggering the sends.

Résolution

Due to the asynchronous nature of message delivery by WhatsApp, it's not possible to guarantee the order of the messages. Please see those details outlined in the 'Delivery Sequence of Multiple Messages' section of Meta's documentation here.

To ensure delivery of WhatsApp messages in the configured sequence, the recommended best practice is to include a Wait by Duration Activity between each WhatsApp Message Activity in the sequence with a minimum 1 minute wait duration.
