Salesforce is retiring Sales Enablement (also known as Enablement Sites and myTrailhead) and will continue to honor your existing subscription until your product service end date.
Sales Enablement is a product that allows you to deliver your company’s unique enablement content through a branded experience powered by the Trailhead online learning platform.
Why is Salesforce retiring Sales Enablement?
Salesforce is focusing development on our outcomes-based Enablement product (also called Sales Programs).
What does this change mean for me?
You can use Sales Enablement until your current subscription ends, and we’re committed to maintenance and support during your subscription.
What action can I take?
Salesforce recommends exporting your data 90 days before your subscription term ends. Review Export All Published and Archived Content from an Enablement Site in Salesforce Help.
For help determining whether you’re a fit for the new Enablement (Sales Programs) product, contact your Account Executive to review your organization's goals or if you have any questions.
To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirement.
