Salesforce is retiring the existing Tableau Extended and Premium Support Plans. We have launched Salesforce Success Plans for Tableau. Our Salesforce Success Plans for Tableau can fast-track success by helping you drive business results, increase productivity, and get back to business with faster technical support. You can choose from Signature, Premier, and Standard Success Plans, which include guidance, resources, and support at every stage of your journey.
What does this change mean for me?
You will continue to receive support under your existing Tableau support plan until your existing support subscription term ends.
What action can I take?
Contact your Tableau Account Executive before your subscription term ends to discuss your transition to a Salesforce Success Plan. In the meantime, you can explore the available Salesforce Success Plans.
What happens if I don’t take action?
Once your subscription term ends, you will no longer have Tableau Extended or Premium Support.
If you have more questions, refer to Salesforce Help. To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirements.
