Embedded Flows Is Retired

As of June 17, 2025, Legacy Embedded Flows is retired. This change affects the following editions:

• Unlimited Edition

• Performance Edition

• Performance Edition 1

• Enterprise Edition + Digital Engagement

Why is Salesforce retiring this feature?

To meet evolving customer needs, Salesforce is focusing on features that customers more frequently adopt.

What does this change mean for me?

From June 17, 2025 Embedded Flows are no longer accessible. Customers can no longer use this product.

What action can I take? 

Use an Experience Cloud site to create and embed preexisting flows.
