Einstein Case Classification Stuck in Building Stage in Demo or Trial Orgs Created Using SDO Templates

Einstein Case Classification does not function in Demo and Trial orgs created using SDO templates. While the option for Einstein Case Classification may be visible in these orgs, attempting to build a model results in the process getting stuck at the building stage, where it continues to load indefinitely.

Reason

The current Salesforce architecture does not support Einstein Case Classification in Demo and Trial orgs created from SDO templates. These org types do not have the necessary infrastructure or licensing required to build Einstein Case Classification models.

Løsning

Einstein Case Classification is supported only in active Production orgs or in sandboxes cloned from active Production orgs that have the required Einstein Case Classification licenses.
To use Einstein Case Classification:

  1. Confirm your org is an active Production org or a sandbox cloned from an active Production org (not a Demo or Trial org from an SDO template).
  2. Verify the Einstein Case Classification license is provisioned.
  3. Navigate to Setup > Einstein Case Classification to configure and build your model.
  4. If you need to test Einstein Case Classification before going to production, clone your production org to a sandbox and build the model there.
