Manage Subscriptions for Dynamic Dashboards

Step 1: Change the dashboard’s data visibility setting to no longer display data as the viewer (AKA dynamic).

1. Edit the dashboard
2. Open the properties menu
3. Under View Dashboard As, select “me” or “another person” instead of “the dashboard viewer”
4. Click Save
5. Save the dashboard

If the dashboard needs to have an active subscription, you’re done!

Step 2 (optional): If you wish to cancel the subscription and have the dashboard display data as the viewer (AKA dynamic).

1. View the dashboard
2. Click Subscribe
3. Click Unsubscribe, then Unsubscribe again
4. Edit the dashboard
5. Open the properties menu
6. Under View Dashboard As, select “the dashboard viewer”
7. Click Save
8. Save the dashboard
