Beschreibung

On September 23, 2024 Einstein Co-Create within Marketing Cloud Growth will be replaced with ‌Agentforce (formerly Copilot), bringing a suite of enhanced features designed to streamline and elevate your content creation and campaign management.

What's New? Agentforce is not just a new name but a new experience. With this upgrade, you can enjoy:

  • More Robust Brief Creation: Tailor your campaigns created with Einstein with greater precision with the Salesforce Brief
  • Salesforce Agentforce: These new tools allow for deeper customization and flexibility, enabling you to craft messages that resonate with your audience.
  • Enhanced Branding and Actions: Directly integrate your marketing campaigns with branding efforts for a cohesive and impactful reach.

Before you jump in, familiarize yourself with Agentforce transition by reviewing the videos and documents in Google Drive! We’ve taken that same great assistive experience from Co-create and moved it into Agentforce.

Your user workflow to create briefs, campaigns, and content in Agentforce is a bit different compared to Co-create. Here are some tips to get you started:

  1. You don’t need to create a campaign to get started. Just ask Agentforce to create a campaign followed by your objective. For example: “Create a campaign to in increase interest in our mid-summer-sale for flip-flops and towels”
  2. Agentforce steps you through the brief and campaign preview process in a linear fashion, compared to the previous tab-based view.
  3. You can create and save a brief with Agentforce. When you’re ready to make the campaign, navigate to that brief, open Agentforce and say: “Create a campaign from this brief.”

Creating Campaigns:

Here’s how to create campaigns in Agentforce. After you’ve activated the Agent actions and activated Agentforce, here’s a quick way to get started:

  1. Open agent and begin to type what you want from a campaign, such as “I want to create a marketing campaign to drive more customers to my new line of earth tone running shoes.”
  2. Confirm the brief and campaign previews provided by Agentforce. Don’t worry, you can always update or even delete them. If you don’t want to proceed, simply click “Cancel” in the agent, and no objects will be created.
  3. After confirming, you’ll click the campaign object card to see what was created.

Below is a video demo of creating marketing campaigns with Agentforce.

Creating and Refining Content:

You can draft subject lines, pre-headers, paragraphs, and headers with Agentforce.

  1. Open the settings panel in an email in the Email Content Editor.
  2. Click the sparkle button on the subject line or pre-header setting to launch the agent.
  3. Alternatively, click the sparkle button in the header or paragraph editor to launch agent.
  4. Continue to converse with agent to refine your text copy, or use one of the quick actions to try different tones and lengths.

Using the Brand Center: Leverage the Brand Center to maintain consistency across all your marketing materials.

In Co-create, you can select from pre-defined tones when creating and refining email content. With agents, our tones (called Personalities) are referenced from the Brand Center. Create a brand in your CMS workspace, then write a small description about your company or organization and its values. Einstein uses this information to make your generated content “on-brand” when generating and refining email content in the Email Content Builder.
