We recommend that Microsoft 365 (M365) admins take action to maintain access to their Salesforce Outlook integration as the feature is updated in 2024 and 2025. For more information, see these documents from Microsoft:

Lösning

We strongly suggest that you use the Admin Consent Flow to authorize the Salesforce Outlook integration for users. This will prevent individual users from having to manually authorize the integration after Microsoft rolls out changes. The Admin Consent Flow automates the scope authorization process for all users.
