Mule API Analytics experience is being superseded by Anypoint Monitoring, a robust platform that has evolved since 2018, continually introducing cutting-edge features tailored to the intricate needs of enterprise customers in API monitoring, analytics, and troubleshooting.
The product team has decided to focus on improving and extending the functionality of Anypoint Monitoring rather than investing in the legacy product stack.
This article explains the desired user actions and the ensuing changes in user experience as a part of this transition.
The API Key Metrics section of the API summary within API Manager contains the following charts:
Total Requests
Total Policy Violations
Total Errors
Average Response Time

Going forward, this Key Metrics feature will undergo significant enhancements. In order to ensure uninterrupted access to the Key Metrics, you need to install the Anypoint Monitoring Agent. If not already done so, please proceed to install the Anypoint Monitoring Agent. This action should be completed by June 02, 2025. Please refer to the table below and proceed accordingly based on your deployment model.

The customers should now be able install the latest AM Agent resolving Socks5 Proxy issue by switching to HTTP proxy and proceed to populate the Key Metrics charts.
