Prompt Builder Error: Prompt size exceeds the token limit for when PII is enabled. Please reduce prompt size

This error indicates that the prompt is over the limit and brings in too much data.

The PII service currently supports requests up to 64K tokens or 262144 characters(Each token is estimated as the number of characters divided by 4.). It counts all the messages for which content moderation is enabled.

While the Core team is working on increasing the limit, below are the workarounds:

•  Shorten the prompt to be under the token limit (OR)
•  Disable PII masking (OR)
• Choose a model that supports a bigger context window.
