When using the Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) query API, the nextbatchId may produce an empty result if the previous batch included exactly the limit. In rare scenarios, the v2 query returns a `nextBatchId` and the `done` flag is false, even though it is done.
Note: This limit can be 50000 rows or total data size of 32 mb and The size of batches is not expected to be uniform.
The next batch call with the provided id should have the `done` flag as true. You can check for `done=true` to ensure there are no more batches left.
