How do I start using these features?

You will need to contact your Salesforce account representative to acquire credits to send messages and to generate content with Einstein in Marketing Cloud. You will also need to request access to Data Cloud through your account representative if you do not already have Data Cloud. The Salesforce support team will not be able to assist with any contracting questions; work with your account representative directly.

NOTE: These new features are only available in regions where Marketing Cloud Growth edition and Data Cloud are supported. Please work with your Salesforce account representative if you have any questions about availability of these features.

How do I set up Marketing Cloud for Account Engagement?

Please note, you may see new permission sets called Marketing Cloud Admin and Marketing Cloud Manager in your Salesforce org. These are used to give permissions to access Marketing Cloud for Account Engagement users and are addressed in the above setup steps in documentation.
