Understanding the Release Schedule for Marketing Cloud Next

Описание

Release schedules and patch schedules will vary depending on the pod/instance each org sits on. Marketing Cloud Next products include the following: 

  • Salesforce Starter - Marketing
  • Salesforce ProSuite - Marketing
  • Salesforce Foundations - Marketing
  • Marketing Cloud Next Growth Edition
  • Marketing Cloud Next Advanced Edition

Your Org instance will help you understand when these patches and releases will be available in your org. 

Решение

Capture your org ID and the org instance: 

  • Click on the gear icon to Setup
  • Under 'Quick Find', enter 'Company Information'
  • Capture the value under the 'Instance' field
    • i.e. NA233

Check your current version on trust.salesforce.com 

  • Click on 'Status' tab at the top
  • Enter the Instance you captured above in the search bar 
  • Click on the instance tile 
  • On the right panel, you can observe the current version of your org: 
    • i.e. Version: Summer '24 Patch 19.22

Confirm when the next release will be available for your org

  • From the page above, navigate to the 'Maintenance' tab 
  • The history of your maintenance as well as future release updates will be available
    • i.e. Subject: Winter '25 Major Release; Date: 10/12
