Default "None" Picklist Value in the Pre-Chat Form of Embedded Service Deployment for MIAW

Description
When configuring the pre-chat form for the Embedded Service in MIAW (Messaging for In-App and Web), you have the option to include visible fields with a Dropdown data type. However, a Default Dropdown API Value "None" appears as a selectable option in the picklist field when users fill out the pre-chat form. This behavior occurs even if you have not configured "None" as one of the picklist options.
Resolution
At this time, there is no standard configuration option to hide or remove the default "None" value from the picklist. However, this limitation can be addressed by implementing a custom Pre-Chat form using Lightning Web Components (LWC), which allows the creation of custom dropdown fields containing only the desired values.
