Enable 'Time to Next Milestone'

In Winter '25 release, a new feature has been introduced which appears as column on the Case List View as 'Time to Next Milestone' but it is not appearing in the Org's available on Winter '25 release as the feature has not become generally available by the Product Team.

Lösung

In order to have this feature enabled in your Org, please reach out to the Salesforce Support Team mentioning this article and ask them to enable the feature in your Org where the Winter '25 release is available.

 

It is recommended to first have this feature enabled in your Sandbox Org, test it there and then go for Production.
