How to Enable 'Time to Next Milestone' Column in Service Cloud Case List Views

Starting in the Winter '25 release, Salesforce introduced a new 'Time to Next Milestone' column for Case List Views in Service Cloud. This feature displays the countdown to the next active Entitlement Milestone for each case, allowing agents to prioritize work based on SLA deadlines. 

 

Note: Although this feature was introduced in Winter '25, it was not made generally available (GA) by the Product Team at release time and requires manual enablement by Salesforce Support.

How to Enable Time to Next Milestone

To enable the 'Time to Next Milestone' feature in your Salesforce org:

(1) Contact the Salesforce Support Team by referencing this article.

(2) Request enablement of the Winter '25 'Time to Next Milestone' feature in your org.

(3) It is strongly recommended to enable this feature in a Sandbox org first, validate the behavior, and then request enablement in your Production org.
