When assigning access to a new or updated Sandbox, include the Analytics Cloud Integration User and Analytics Cloud Security User in the relevant Public Groups.
Omitting these users from the Sandbox Refresh may lead to errors in Data Sync, Recipe, and Dataflow jobs.
Common errors include Authentication Error, Invalid Session, and Queue wait time exceeded limit in Data Sync, Recipe, and Dataflow job logs
When creating or refreshing a Sandbox, ensure you have included the Analytics Cloud Integration User and Analytics Cloud Security User in the relevant Public Groups.
If using a Partial Copy or Full Copy Sandbox, consider adding all Active Users.
If a Sandbox is created or refreshed using Public Groups that do not include the Analytics Cloud Integration User and Analytics Cloud Security User, unfreeze the Users after the Sandbox refresh is completed.
Salesforce automatically freezes user accounts not included in sandbox access groups during a refresh. A frozen user cannot authenticate, preventing the Integration User from running scheduled jobs. Unfreezing restores authentication.
