When activating audiences to Google DV360, we require customers to enter both a Partner ID and Advertiser ID in the configuration. This means that today customers cannot send an audience to a Parent account and share with their individual advertiser accounts.
In order to workaround this limitation, a single audience activation has to be replicated for each individual advertiser ID.
For example, a large enterprise is looking to activate an “all members” audience to be used in campaigns. They have 10 AMER advertiser IDs and 10 EMEA Advertiser IDs. Since we do not support sending to the parent to send to child accounts, they will need to have 20 activation targets, and then create 20 activations, one for each target. Note: this would also utilize 20 Advertising Audiences that count against your entitlement.
