Digital Wallet - Consumption Insights Do Not Reflect Credit Reimbursement

Digital Wallet reflects your usage data for consumption based products, such as Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud). After you click into "View Consumption Details", you can see a bar chart of your usage over a period of time, such as last 30 days. This bar chart is updated once when the usage data is sent to Digital Wallet. It is never subsequently updated again.

If you have a credit reimbursement applied to your account for any reason, this does not reflect in the time chart. However, the Credits Consumed and Credits Remaining should reflect any reimbursements applied to your account. 

 

To verify any credits have been applied to your account, you can see them directly in Data Explorer by viewing the TenantEntitlementTransaction DLO.

 

  1. Go to Data Explorer
  2. Choose the Data Space where TenantEntitlementTransaction is assigned
  3. Choose Data Lake Object
  4. Choose TenantEntitlementTransaction
  5. Choose Add filters
  6. Choose Quantity Greater Than 0
  7. Apply



Note: using Data Explorer to query this data counts against your Data Queries billable usage
