Messaging for Web Console Error : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS (302 error code)

You may have observed that the Messaging for Web Chat Button is sometimes not visible or hidden, and the browser console displays the error: "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS (302 error code)".

Ratkaisu

Why does this happen ?

If login IP ranges are defined for the Guest User Profile on this Site, it will only ALLOW the users from those respective IP's to initiate MIAW chat. Any user's IP not listed will not be allowed to initiate MIAW chat and will see "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS (302 error code)" in the console.

Note : Default LWR Site that gets created for Messaging for Web should be left Untouched.
