If basic troubleshooting steps have been completed and the issue persists, open a support case.
Include:
1. Bot Name and Version (from Bot Builder in Setup);
2. Description of the issue and any error messages; 3
. For Flow/Apex failures — the Dialog name invoking the automation;
4. Affected Org ID with login access granted; 5. Observations from troubleshooting, including screenshots or debug logs
