Messaging Toggle Greyed Out, Unable to turn on

If you have noticed that the Messaging Toggle in Messaging Settings is Greyed Out, then please note that "Messaging toggle can only be turned ON if the Messaging User license exists in the Org."

Please reach out to your account executive to get this license for your org, post the provisioning of the license, you can start using Messaging Feature in your org.

Note :  Toggling ON the Messaging Settings is NOT required to use Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW)
