Messaging Toggle Greyed Out, Unable to turn on

Messaging toggle can only be turned ON if the Messaging User license exists in the Org.

 

 

Solución

To resolve this issue, contact your Account Executive to provision the Messaging User license for your org.

Once the license is provisioned, navigate to Setup > Messaging Settings and toggle Messaging ON. 

Note: Toggling ON Messaging Settings is NOT required to use Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW).
