Standard Agent Actions that are not supported/available in Agentforce Service Agent

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. From Set up--> In quick find--> Search for Agents
  2. Click on Agent Name where Agent Type= Service Agent
  3. Go to Agent Builder by clicking on Open in Builder 
  4. Click Custom Topic Label or Custom Version of Standard Topic
  5. Under This Topic's Actions--> Click on New--> Add from Asset Library
  6. In the Add Available Actions section,  there are some standard actions that are not available.

Currently, below are the standard agent actions that are not supported/available for the Service Agent:

  1. Identify Object by Name

  2. Identify Record by Name

  3. Query Records(Beta)

  4. Query Records With Aggregate(Beta)

  5. Summarize Record

  6. Draft or Revise Email

  7. Update Record Fields

  8. Extract Fields And Values From User Input
