Agentforce Service Agents intelligently support customers by handling incoming cases and autonomously resolving common inquiries. Complex or sensitive support requests are conversationally escalated to live service representatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience and enabling the service team to focus on strategic, high-value work.
Required Editions
Service Agent is available in Lightning Experience.
Available in: Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Einstein for Service, Einstein Platform, or Agentforce Service Agent add-on.
Before starting, set up Einstein Generative AI and enable Einstein Copilot. Then, navigate to Setup, enter and select Agents in the Quick Find box, and choose New Agent. For more information on specific steps to set up the Agentforce Service Agent, see the Salesforce Help.
If the "New Agent" button is not visible, verify if your Company Licenses include the Agentforce Service Agent add-on. If the add-on license is not listed, contact your Account Executive for assistance in obtaining the necessary licenses.
Note: If you wish to enable these features in a Sandbox, ensure you acquire the necessary licenses in Production and then match the Production licenses from the desired sandboxes.
