Service Resource records in Salesforce Field Service represent individual service technicians, crews, or equipment. Attempting to delete a Service Resource record results in an error or is blocked, as deletion of Service Resource records is not supported by the Salesforce platform. If a resource is no longer active, the recommended action is to deactivate the record rather than delete it.
