Create Public Link for Files in Salesforce

NOTE: Please make sure that Content Delivery is enabled in your org.

Once verified, please follow the steps below to create a web-accessible link for the image:

1. Open the Files tab from the App Launcher.
2. Locate and open the desired image.
3. Click on Public Link at the top of the page.
4. Select Create Link and copy the generated link.
5. Open a new browser window and paste the link into the address bar.
6. Right-click on the displayed image and select Copy Image Address.

You can then use the copied image address in your email template.

This ensures that the image is hosted online and can be displayed correctly to recipients.
