Here is how to address the issue when viewing past inquiries.
When you contact Salesforce, the history of your inquiries is recorded based on the Trailblazer account information used on the Help & Training site.
Additionally, Trailblazer accounts are created using email addresses as the key. If you change your Salesforce user email address, a new Trailblazer account will be created with the new email address.
Therefore, if you change your Salesforce user email address, a new Trailblazer account will be created, and the inquiries associated with the previous Trailblazer account (linked to the old email address) will no longer be displayed.
If you are unable to view past inquiries on the Help & Training site due to a change in your Salesforce user email address, Salesforce Customer Support can assist in making them accessible.
