When uploading PDF files to the connectors in Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), it is essential to embed all custom fonts in the document. Failure to do so can result in the Search Index job being unable to evaluate the file correctly. This can cause errors that prevent the file from being processed, even if other files upload successfully.
