Einstein Bots: Maximum Chatbot Sessions and Chatbot API Sessions Allowed Metrics Are No Longer Incremented

Usage metrics for bots "Maximum Chatbot API Sessions Allowed" and "Maximum Chatbot Sessions Allowed" are no longer used. They will still be shown in company information from Jan '25 onwards,  however they will not be incremented to show the used amount.

 

Metrics used for bots usage "Maximum Chatbot Engaged Sessions Allowed" will still be available.

The usage metrics 'Maximum Chatbot API Sessions Allowed' and 'Maximum Chatbot Sessions Allowed' have been deprecated and are no longer incremented. These fields will continue to display in Company Information but show static values from when the metrics were last active. To monitor current bot usage, use the metric 'Maximum Chatbot Engaged Sessions Allowed', which remains active and reflects current engaged sessions against your entitlement
