Maximum Chatbot Sessions and Chatbot API sessions Allowed metrics are longer incremented

Usage metrics for bots "Maximum Chatbot API Sessions Allowed" and "Maximum Chatbot Sessions Allowed" are no longer used. They will still be shown in company information from Jan '25 (safe harbor) however they will not be incremented to show the used amount.

 

Metrics used for bots usage "Maximum Chatbot Engaged Sessions Allowed" will still be available.
