Account Plan KPIs Dashboard Stage Groupings in Salesforce

This is the expected behavior of the Account Plan KPIs dashboard. The dashboard only supports standard stages for opportunities related to the account. Custom stages are automatically grouped in the “Others” category. 

If you don’t want stages to be grouped into the Others category, use only standard sales stages. You can do this by reactivating any of the standard sales stages, adding them to the Sales Process, and updating your opportunities to use the standard sales stages you activated.
