Q. Can I send messages or messaging components to my users through Digital Engagement?
A. Yes, you can send messages or messaging components to your users through Digital Engagement in enhanced WhatsApp, enhanced Apple Messages for Business, enhanced SMS, or Messaging for In-App when the targeted channel has bandwidth. Each Send Conversation Messages action corresponds to a supported messaging component.

This object is available in API version 59.0 and later.

Løsning

To send messages or messaging components to users through Digital Engagement: 


(1) Ensure you are using an enhanced channel — enhanced WhatsApp, enhanced Apple Messages for Business, enhanced SMS, or Messaging for In-App.

(2) Use the 'Send Conversation Messages' action in Flow (available in API v59.0+).

(3) Each supported messaging component maps to a Send Conversation Messages action.

(4) Confirm the targeted channel has available bandwidth before sending. For a full list of supported actions and components, see the Send Conversation Messages Actions developer documentation.
