How can I recall an email from a case in Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud)?
Currently, there is no built-in feature in Salesforce Service Cloud to recall or undo an email that has been sent from a Case. Once an email is sent from a Case record, it cannot be retracted through the Salesforce platform.
