Sometimes, you would like to find out which subscription and what is the email opt status for a contact/lead record.

Below are the steps to how add subscription(s) and email preference(s) for Marketing Cloud Next Growth/Advanced or the Marketing App (in Salesforce Foundations, Pro Suite, Starter) so that it is easily viewable on Contact/Lead record.

Resolution

a. Navigate to Object Manager in Salesforce Setup.

b. Select Contact from the list of objects.

c. Click on Lightning Record Pages.

d. Edit the desired page by dragging the Privacy Consent Status component into a section on the page.

e. Save your changes.

f. Repeat these steps for the Lead object if needed.
