Unable to view the assigned approver for the current approval step in the report

The information for the assigned approver in the current approval step can be viewed in the All Pending Approval Requests report, located in the Administrative Reports folder in Salesforce Classic.

Please note the following points regarding the All Pending Approval Requests report:

• It only displays information for pending approval requests.
• As it is a standard report, it cannot be created from scratch via new report creation.
• Only system administrator users with the "View All Data" permission can view this report.
• Only fields that can be added in the report editing screen can be displayed.

By copying this report using Save As  in Salesforce Classic, it can also be viewed in Lightning Experience.

Steps to create a copy:

1. Click your circular user icon in the upper right corner, then click "Switch to Salesforce Classic".

2. Click the Reports tab.

3. From the folder list on the left, select the Administrative Reports folder.

4. Select the All Pending Approval Requests report.

5. Click Save As , set your desired report name and folder, then save the copied report.
   
   

You can then view the copied report in Lightning Experience. In this report, you can check the current assigned approver from the Assigned Approver or Current Approver fields, and the target record's information from the Related To field.
