Customers and developers ask whether Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW) is supported in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud templates.

Solución
    Yes, MIAW is supported in LWR templates. Messaging for Web deployments can be added to external websites, Experience Cloud sites, and Commerce Cloud sites. The following LWR templates are supported: Build Your Own (LWR), Microsite (LWR), B2B Commerce (LWR), and B2C Commerce (LWR). 
     
    • Messaging for Web deployment is supported on LWR templates, but certain features may be limited compared to Aura templates.
    • The Messaging for In-App SDKs are not intended to be used with Experience Cloud templates, as they are designed to be installed in mobile applications
