Gmail Integration logged-in Salesforce user changed after logging into a shared Gmail account

Description

This situation may be related to where the impacted users have SSO settings that auto logs into Salesforce based on the Gmail account used.

Résolution

Need to revoke SSO Grants from the affected user as such grants for any shared Gmail accounts can cause such an issue. In theory, only a user's personal Gmail account should appear here, find the following steps:

  1. Click on the avatar(Right Top corner) User Profile icon.
  2. Navigate to Personal settings.
  3. Click on the Advanced User Details.
  4. Go to 'Third-Party account links' for the shared Gmail accounts.
  5. Revoke.
