In Quip, the Exported Site Members CSV is the Source of Truth for User's Last Activity

Last Activity column in Site Member tab in the Quip Admin Console does not consistently immediately show activity for active Quip users. The field might be blank or have an prior activity date.

  1. Go to Quip Admin console
  2. On the site members list, check the Last Activity date for users
  3. It would be either blank or would show the incorrect date

Ratkaisu

Exporting the Site Member data to CSV will show the correct date the user was Last Active. Please note, this date is shown in the UTC timezone. The Quip Admin Console is in the timezone of the viewer.

To export the Site Member data to CSV:

  1. Open the Quip Admin Console
  2. Click on Site Members
  3. Select the dropdown arrow on the right
  4. Choose Export to CSV
