Marketing Cloud - Importing WhatsApp Contacts

1. Create the import definition in Contact Builder.
   1. Please note, the recommended best practice is to enable 'Normalize numbers based on locale' to ensure the numeric Mobile Number values match the locale.
2. Create an automation in Automation Studio.
3. Add an import activity to the automation.
4. When you configure the import activity, select the import definition you created.
5. Schedule and activate the automation.

Please note, Locale values apply to the Mobile Number associated with the Contact, and should be in ISO-3316-1 alpha-2 standards format.
