How to Log a Quip Support Case

These steps will walk you through submitting a Case to the Quip Support Team, even if you do not have a Salesforce Org.

However, in order to create a support case via help.salesforce.com, you must have a Trailblazer Account (instructions included below).

  1. Visit help.salesforce.com
  2. Click on Login (top right)
  3. Choose Trailblazer Account
  4. Sign In with your Trailblazer Account (if you don’t have a Trailblazer Account, follow the steps below, otherwise skip to step 5)
    1. Click the blue Sign Up link
    2. Enter the email address associated to your Quip account
    3. Open your email inbox to locate the single-use code
    4. Enter the single-use code
    5. Fill out the relevant profile information
  5. If you need to choose an Org and do not have a Salesforce Org, you can choose your Quip Site by clicking the Select an Org button (you must be logged in with the email you use in your Quip Account)
  6. Create a Case by engaging Agentforce.
