WhatsApp Business Platform - WhatsApp sends fail due to '132015' or '132016' Error

You may see WhatsApp sends fail due to error codes, 132015 or 132016, when targeting Contacts with WhatsApp messaging. 

The error code, 132015, derives from the WhatsApp Message Template being used being paused due to Low Quality. A Message Template can be paused twice before it's set to 'Disabled' status. 

1st Pause : 3 Hours
2nd Pause : 6 Hours
3rd Pause : Template is put into 'Disabled' status

Sends using a disabled Message Template will result in the error code, 132016.

To return the Message Template to 'Active' status, you can edit the template and re-submit it for approval. Once approved, you can proceed with sending again.
