You may see WhatsApp sends fail due to error code, 131026, when targeting Contacts. As outlined in Meta's documentation, this error occurs when there is a missing parameter within the WhatsApp Message being sent.
To resolve these errors, you will need to review both the WhatsApp Message within Content Builder, along with your Journey's Entry Source to validate that all required attributes are configured properly with data values.
Please note, a common cause for this error is using the same Personalization String in multiple Variables .
For example, the Personalization String, %%FirstName%% is used in two Variables, 1 & 3, of your content.
To resolve this, you will need to use AMPscript to have 2 different Personalization Strings, such as %%FirstName%% for Variable 1 and %%FirstNameABC%% for Variable 3. Please see the How to Use AMPscript for META WhatsApp Integration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud article for more details.
