Data 360 Sandbox Active CRM Connection

When Activating a Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) Sandbox there will be a CRM Connection that is pre-defined. This CRM connection will have your Production Organization ID. To correct this matter simply click the drop down arrow, and click Activate. This will then swap the Production Organization ID shown in the connection to your Sandbox Organization ID. 

 

Note: The Alias for the CRM connection is not changeable.

Activate the CRM connection to have it swap from the Production Organization ID to the Sandbox Organization ID
