Salesforce use a technology called Server-Sent Events (SSE). In some cases, this may be mistakenly identified by certain firewall settings as a prolonged download, which could cause issues with chat messages not appearing in the conversation window. To resolve this matter, we kindly recommend coordinating with your Corporate IT team to allowlist SSE connections. This should help ensure that your messages are displayed properly and that your chat interactions run smoothly.
