How to log a case

Follow these instructions on how to create a case via Agentforce.
If the guidance from Agentforce does not resolve the issue and you need to connect with a human Support Engineer, select to connect to Live Chat.
If the Live Chat Support Engineer is not able to resolve the issue, or if Live Chat is not available, continue to Create a Case.
After typing in case Subject and Description, use the Pick a different product & topic link and select Data 360 as the Product and select Admin, Permissions, Flows, Reports & Dashboards as the Topic.
Complete the remaining fields and submit via the Create Case button.
