Data 360: Einstein Generative AI is enabled but Report Formula Generation is unavailable

Einstein Report Formula Generation is a Generative AI feature for Sales and Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) Reports available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer orgs with Einstein 1 Sales Edition or Einstein 1 Service Edition* and Einstein Generative AI set up.

If a user is unable to see the Einstein sparkle on the Create Formula field, this indicates that they do not have a permission set to use Einstein Generative AI.

Assign either or both of these permission sets based on user need:

  • Prompt Template Manager
  • Prompt Template User
