When querying a link DMO such as Unified Link Individual, you may notice that the Match Keys field has no data in it. If this is the case, the Identity Resolution that the DMO was created from is likely not configured to use Real-Time Matching. If the Match Keys field does have data in it, then the Identity Resolution that the DMO was created from does use Real-Time Matching.
Note: Using Real-Time Capabilities in Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) requires an add-on license (not available for CDP SKUs). Please reach out to your Account Executive if you are interested in purchasing this license.
