Resolution for Error Encountered by Non-Admin Users Accessing Quote Line Items in Revenue Cloud Advanced

Non-admin users are encountering the following error message when trying to access Quote Line Items on a quote in Revenue Cloud Advanced after the Winter 25 release:

 

Error [,"locations":[],"message":"Validation error of type FieldUndefined: Field 'RelatedRevenueTransactionErrorLogs' in type 'QuoteLineItem' is undefined @ 'uiapi/query/QuoteLineItem/edges/node/RelatedRevenueTransactionErrorLogs'","paths":[]}]}]

 

The error message indicates a validation error related to an undefined field, 'RelatedRevenueTransactionErrorLogs', in the QuoteLineItem Object.

解決策
  1. Review the Winter 25 release notes to identify any new permission sets or access rights required for non-admin users.
  2. The workaround for this issue is to give non-admin users read permission to RevenueTransactionErrorLog object for the following fields

              - Category

              - ErrorCode

              - RelatedRecordId
