Data 360: Error during Report Export due to 100MB Limit

Clicking Export on a Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) report will redirect to an error page with the following internal error if the data to be exported exceeds 100MB. For example, if there is a column which contains a long string, this can result in the limit being exceeded.

Løsning

To confirm that the error is related to the limit of 100MB being exceeded, try the following:

  1. Add a filter to reduce the number of rows and then export.
  2. Try removing certain column (e.g. columns containing long strings) and then export.
